Greetings and Gratitude from Olive Tree!
2018 is a year of growth up here at the Tree as we plan on expanding our office space and strengthening our platform to serve you. More importantly, we will maintain our pursuit of the art of simplicity here. To do so, we began thinking about how we can continue to put action behind these words. We wanted to share what we came up with while brainstorming how to better serve those we have built a relationship with. Below are some of the ideas that we developed together. Feel free to use any of these to kick start your own year!
-How can we do a better job of measuring the success of our clients and what does that look like on both the business and personal level?
-What was our single biggest time waster in our work and life that had little to no rate of return both personally and professionally?
-What was the single biggest challenge we came across in 2017 and how did we overcome it?
-What goals did we accomplish in 2017 and which did we not meet?
-How can we communicate even more organically to the people we look out for and care about?
-What would our brokerage look like if we could not fail?
-What was our largest accomplishment from 2017?
-What hurdle(s) came up last year repeatedly? (Time, Attitude, Money, Location, Knowledge)
-What were three of your largest accomplishments that were made possible by the help of others in 2017?
Looking back, we realize we’ve been incredibly blessed by the stories of our clients over the last year. We celebrate them as our own as we continue to invest in all of you and to be a part of your life. Here is a picture of Ryan’s daughter, Jenna, looking out from Olive Tree’s last building project. She calls it “her house”. We hope you see us the same way. We love being the brokerage for you and those you look out for. Thank you for the opportunity.
“We should not look back unless it is to derive useful lessons from past errors, and for the purpose of profiting by dearly bought experience.” -George Washington
